Rhizo Sciences is pleased to offer 2-Day Shipping to continental US customers under the following conditions. By utilizing a combination of ground shipping services, UPS 2-day air, and other select carriers, we are able to provide 2-day shipping at competitive prices to all zip codes within the continental US.
2-Day Express Shipping Limitations
While we aim to ship most items within 2 business days, certain limitations apply:
- Out of stock items
- Bulk products, such as kilograms of CBD isolate, large hemp extracts, or pounds of hemp flower, which typically ship directly from labs or farms and may not qualify for 2-day shipping.
- Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes.

2-Day Tracking and Fulfillment
For transparency and peace of mind, you will receive email updates from the carrier when your order is packed, shipped, and on its way to delivery. These notifications help you track your order’s journey in real-time.
- If an order is received before noon local time of the fulfillment center (FC), it will be considered on time if an attempted delivery occurs within 2 business days.
- If an order is received after noon local time, it will be fulfilled the next day and delivered within 2 business days after fulfillment.
- You can monitor on-time delivery rates across all carriers using ShipBob’s helpful Delivery Status page, updated weekly.

A: Currently, 2-Day Shipping is only available for domestic US orders. However, we do offer International Express Shipping, which typically takes 4-10 days. Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs and border security, which are beyond our control.

A: We ship products from multiple locations. Most 2-day shipping orders are fulfilled from our FDA-certified, climate-controlled warehouse in Dallas, Texas. Hemp flower products are primarily shipped from Oregon, while bulk extracts typically ship directly from labs in Kentucky and Colorado.

A: 2-Day Shipping costs $20, including packing and handling fees.
Q: What happens if my order isn’t delivered within 2 days?
A: While ShipBob continuously monitors on-time delivery rates to improve the 2-Day Express program, there are currently no guarantees or credits for delayed shipments. You can check on-time delivery performance here.
Q: Do weekends count for 2-Day Shipping?
A: No, carriers only pick up shipments from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Weekends are not counted as part of the 2-day shipping timeline.
